About Coach Anderson 

2025 USYS U19 National Champion Anderson Swanger from Philadelphia is a WSU Student playing for the Men’s Club Soccer Team. He has an excellent rapport with his teachers and an outstanding academic record.

Anderson started playing soccer at a young age as a goalkeeper and quickly developed into a highly skilled field player.  He has played at professional academies in China, Colombia, Spain, and Argentina. 

He is known for his touch, vision, and insight, which he uses to maintain possession and create rhythm in the attack. He is also a tough defender who organizes the team and presses to shut down plays.
